What’s your on-boarding process for a new employee?

A pre-screen phone interview that we follow up with an email confirming the date and time of the in-office interview and a reminder of documents that the prospective caregiver needs to bring in.

(Current Fitness to work, TB test or chest X-Ray, identification documents, their original CNA license, etc.)

During an interview, what’s most important for you to see/hear from a caregiver?

A willingness to talk about their experiences and a genuine expression of compassion for those individuals who need help.
