I want to be a caregiver because I am going for my nursing degree and I would love the experience. Not only do I want the experience as a caregiver, I had a wonderful experience in my clinical with the residents as well as the employees. Care taking for the residents was enjoyable and fulfilling.
An employer should hire me because I am always on time, I have great communication skills and I am a quick learner. I have a desire for helping those in need and I will always go out of my way to make sure residents have exactly what they need before I leave them alone. Safety is a number one priority. I am a good team player and I will make sure my co workers have my help when needed.
