I want to be a caregiver or CNA because I enjoy working with people. I’m retired, in good health, and am willing to assist others who need help.
I grew up on a farm as a child, and know the meaning of hard work. I have over 50 years of experience working in a variety of fields (waitress, nurses aide, receptionist, secretary , legal secretary, paralegal, and office manager). I was also a 20 year volunteer at the Quad Cities American Red Cross as an instructor/instructor trainer for CPR, First Aid, and Professional Rescue CPR, cross-trained in disaster services where I assisted flood and fire victims). I had taken 3 quarters of LPN training and graduated with a medical secretary certification. Then I took paralegal training online and graduated with a paralegal certification.
