Meet Kimene
Last Employer: Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority
I would like to become a caregiver because I have worked with infants and preschoolers from the age of thirteen-years-old during summers until I’ve reached the legal age to become a preschool teacher. Besides teaching, I have taken on the roll of caregiver for my deceased grandmother for ten years. My caregiver duties entailed: cleaning, cooking, lifting her up, and checking her blood pressure and glucose levels, distributing medications, running errands and much more. My love for children and the elderly has led me to change my educational major and career. I am eager to leverage my experience and academic qualifications to contribute to your bottom line. My vision and focus is to create health living for kids and adults through: hygiene, nutrition, education, spirituality, positive characteristics and much more.
An employer should hire me because I am passionate, caring, humorous, hardworking, intelligent, responsible, and outgoing, I care about humanity and the well being of people all over the world. In the case of elders, I would like their later years to be comfortable, well spent, entertaining, fun and clean. I can offer my talents such as: choral, puppetry, pantomime, drama, hair styling, and much more. I would make a good employee and caregiver because I am respectable, careful, "I think before I speak", hardworking, a team player and a determined person.
