I believe in giving the high level of care possible. I love working with people and doing anything i can to make their day easier when they are going through a hard time. I love to learn. I love to teach what i know to others. When i leave at the end of my shift I make sure that my patients feel like they have done all they can for the day whether that was bathing, getting into a chair, or taking a walk. Doing anything that makes them feel as independent as possible.
I have to offer 4 years experience of working with a variety of patients. I have work with anything from hospice, disabled, surgery observation, total care nursing home patients, patients on ventilators, and pre surgery patients. I also have worked in all different areas of the hospital, orthopedics, oncology, ICU/CCU, emergency room, postpartum, nursery, Labor and delivery, and ambulatory surgery. I have been training new hires for 3 years. I am punctual, hard working, and do not leave until I have charted adequately, cleaned my area, and gave a report to the new shift coming on.
