I am a CNA because I like to help people, and I like to know that the resident/client is being taken care of properly. One of my goals as a CNA is to ensure that the residents/clients have a caring individual that wants to make their remaining years as fufilling and comfortable as possible. To me, being a CNA is more than just a job, it is a service.

An employer should hire me because I am a team player that values everybody helping each other out. I am also very caring and very personable. I enjoy forming positive relationships with the clients and my colleagues. I already have some experience as a CNA as I currently work at a long-term care facility. I already have experience transferring patients safely and comfortably, caring for their hygenic and personal needs, and tracking any changes in each client's health daily. I am also very punctual and hard working. Problem solving is also one of my strengths. I strongly believe that I would be a strong team asset to any group of people that I work with, and most importantly, I would bring the utmost comfort to the clients that I work with.
