I love working with people. I love to feel like I'm making a difference in peoples lives specially when they can no longer care for themselves the way they used to. I love being able to help someone have a better day when they could be having a potentially very rough day.
An employer should hire me because I'm reliable and caring. I care about everyone I take care of. I think of them as if they were my own family and how I would want them treated/taken care of.
