Wellspring Personal Care, a private duty home care agency serving Cook, DuPage, Lake, and Northern Will Counties, is seeking experienced CNAs ready to care for recovering COVID-19 clients in their own homes. These clients may have been recently discharged from a hospital or long term care facility, and need assistance with ADLs until fully recovered. We provide 3 hours of paid COVID-19 training for all employees, full time RN supervision. Required PPE and supplies are provided.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills and previous experience with infection control. You will access our telehealth system with electronic charting, and change in condition notification using tablets in our clients' homes. Remote interviewing and onboarding with our clinical team are available. Candidates must be listed on the IL healthcare worker registry, and eligible to work in the U.S. CNA certificate is required.
