Job Description

Looking for certified LIVE-IN caregivers to join our growing team and help to bring our unique care philosophy to life. Provide care and companionship to the agency’s clients in accordance with the care plan and client service agreement
Assist client with activities of daily living (ADL’s) in a safe and beneficial manner
Perform light housekeeping as required
May be required to take client to appointments or run errands
Must complete 12 hours of company-provided training per year

Paid drive-time plus mileage reimbursement between two clients on the same day
One week of Paid Time Off per Year
Sunday Premium Pay: $2 over your regular rate (some restrictions apply)
Paid Health Insurance for full-time employees
Holiday Pay (1.5x your regular rate) on nine holidays annually
Referral bonuses provided for caregivers and clients referred

Job Requirements


Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility preferred but not required.
Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
Must be able to read and speak English fluently
