ALWAYS BEST CARE SENIORS SERVICES

WE ARE HIRING CAREGIVERS FOR DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS 

Always Best Care East Bay is currently seeking caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for Day Shifts in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Always Best Care is a licensed, employee-based non-medical homecare company providing the highest quality in-home care for seniors. We are committed to delivering extraordinary care to our clients by hiring only the best caregivers. Our staff trains dedicated and compassionate individuals to be caregivers for the growing elderly population. We offer flexible hours and have day & night shifts available.

 Caregiver Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assistance with Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Transfers, Ambulating, Toileting, and Medication Reminders
Meal Preparation
Transportation to appointments/errands
Light housekeeping
Companionship
Ability to care for clients with compassion, dignity and respect
Ability to connect with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

  • We offer Dental, Vision, 401K, Holiday pay, sick pay, free continuing education, a referral bonus and weekly pay.

Location of positions

Contra Costa County including the San Ramon Valley, Lamorinda, Concord, Antioch, Walnut Creek & Alameda County including Hayward, Oakland, Berkeley, San Pablo

Job Requirements

Qualified caregiver candidates MUST meet the following requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of Caregiving experience
Must have Valid CA Driver License or CA ID Card
Must have reliable transportation/ Proof of Car Insurance
Registered with the State of CA- We can assist if not registered
Able to pass a DOJ/FBI criminal background check
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
