• Min 6 months of documented exp as a Caregiver
• High School diploma or GED
• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Negative TB Test
• Able to lift, push, pull 50 lbs
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid Drivers License, Reliable Transportation with Auto Insurance
