All caregivers are W-2 employees with taxes taken out (i.e. you are not an independent contractor)
12 hours of paid training per year and additional online training is available for free

Job Requirements
A valid CNA/HHA license or certification is required--we may be able to help you get certified as an HHA
All employees must submit to (or provide) AHCA Level 2 Background Screening, which involves finger-printing and their background must fulfill legal requirement
Employees must provide current negative TB test, current CPR certification, and HIV-Aids course certification
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
