Our locally owned and operated home care agency serves Maryland and the greater Washington, DC metro area. We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to join our fast paced (but fun!) team of Rock Stars! We looking for Certified Nursing Assistants, Geriatric Nursing Assistants, and Medication Technicians.

 We are looking for individuals who can create a safe and nurturing environment for our client and manage personal care activities that provide the client with a better quality of life. The ideal candidate can speak and read English well. This individual will also adhere to professional standards and procedures, maintain security precautions, and follow the care or service plan the registered nurse develops with the client or client representative.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks performed by a CNA or GNA, must be assigned by and performed under the supervision of a RN who will be responsible for the patient care provided by Advanced.

Advocate for client
Report changes in condition immediately
Stimulate client emotionally
Document and submit documentation on time
Maintain infection prevention methods
Document and submit incident report forms
Participate in investigations surrounding incident report
Communicate essential information accurately
