PCA/CNA - GUARANTEED 40 HOURS

We are seeking a few outstanding individuals willing to commit to full--time work for a guaranteed 40 hours a week.  If we do not have clients for you within 15 miles of your home, we will still pay you the full 40 hours each week.

Major Responsibilities:

• Assisting the agency’s clients with their personal care needs in accordance with the care plan, client service agreement and CNA qualifications.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL’s) in a safe and beneficial manner.
• May be required to take clients to appointment or run errands.
• Must complete 12 hours of company-provided training per year.

• Must be able to work at least 40 hours / week
• Live in Loudoun County or Western Fairfax County
• Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
• Able to lift 20-30 pounds
