• 1-year experience as a Home Health Aide
• Valid New Jersey HHA certificate
• Valid Drivers License
• Access to Reliable Car 
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD within the past 12 months (OR chest x-ray within the past 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunizations
