Provide care and companionship to the agency’s clients in accordance with the care plan and client service agreement
Assist client with activities of daily living (ADL’s) in a safe and beneficial manner
Perform light housekeeping as required
May be required to take client to appointment or run errands
Must complete 12 hours of company-provided training per year Requirements

Job Requirements
Virginia CNA License or CNA/PCA certificate
Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
Must pass background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, drug screening tests
Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
Must be able to read and speak English fluently
