Our newest Assisted Living and Memory Care community is one of a kind; the 1st Intergenerational Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in the country designed with Montessori principles based on respect and dignity to all individuals. The thoughtfully designed community offers a contemporary environment with beautiful outdoor spaces and was built to inspire joyful living; encouraging the integration of residents and children aged infant to 8th grade.

As a leader of the Community, the Administrator is responsible for ensuring Amaran’s standards of excellence for resident care and satisfaction are maintained and key performance metrics including occupancy, regulatory compliance and financial benchmarks are met.

In addition, the Administrator oversees the day-to-day operations of the community, must have a sincere interest in providing quality and innovative care for seniors, be knowledgeable and remain compliant with state and federal regulations, act as a point of contact for state surveys, meet budget and census guidelines and ensure positive resident relations. This position will oversee all marketing and public relations efforts, prospective resident generation, prospective resident follow-up and sales tracking.

Job Requirements

  • A sincere interest in providing quality and innovative care for seniors.
  • Proven experience directing all team members in a Community.
  • Knowledgeable with state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Experience leading and following through on POC through state surveys, abuse allegations and complaint investigations.
  • Skills to meet budget and census guidelines.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality services and ensure positive resident relations by responding promptly and appropriately to resident needs, requests and concerns.
    Carry-out resident-directed programming designed to achieve satisfaction by providing meaningful enrichment in the areas of activities and community involvement.
  • Perform daily rounds to review the general cleanliness of the building and grounds and to greet employees and residents.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Have a creative mind seeking to continually improve.

Additional Requirements

  • An ability to travel locally and have good driving record
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Meet criminal history and Employee Abuse Registry requirements
  • Completed state approved Assisted Living Certification program
  • Pass drug testing
  • Work on call, weekends and holidays if needed
