Companion Care- It may involve socialization, trips into the community, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation etc. It is quality time spent with senior, providing supervision and basic care in order to meet goals of the senior.
. Personal Care-may include assistance with the activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship and respite. Personal care may also include bathing, grooming, helping client with getting dressed/undressed
· Light housekeeping- This could include basic house cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, laundry, doing dishes, ironing etc
· Transportation- This is usually a very specific request for an appointment. It could be a doctor’s visit, beauty shop etc. Sometimes, transportation may be done in conjunction with other services provided.
We are looking for EXPERIENCED, competent CNAs and Companion Sitters to care for our senior clients in a professional and compassionate manner in metro Atlanta.
The ideal caregiving candidate will have a valid CNA license but this is not required for Companion Sitters. We hire caregivers who are patient, friendly and cheerful with excellent communication skills. You must be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help our senior clients with their ADLs while they remain in their homes. A current TB test is a must. We will conduct a background check and verify your references.
