We are looking to hire:

Caregivers (without certifications) - we will provide and pay for training - up to $17.00 /hour starting 

Caregivers (with approved certifications) - up to $17.50/hour starting

Caregivers (CNAs or HHAs from OR or WA) - up to $18/hour starting

Job Requirements

 Applicant Requirements: 

  • 18 years of age or older
  • successfully complete our caregiver basic training or have proof of current certification as CNA or HHA
  • pass Criminal Record Check
  • proof of ability to work in the U.S.
  • reliable transportation
  • own and maintain a smartphone capable of processing multiple work-based apps

Job Responsibilities:

  • implement the Client’s Care Plan
  • build trust with client by being dependable and punctual
  • ability to make a basic nutritious meal (we can train you)  
  • engage in timely, responsive, and accurate communication with the administrator, clients, and co-workers
  • practice emotional availability by staying off one's phone and giving the client your undivided attention
  • regularly check and respond to messages from office and co-workers throughout the day 

  • implement infection control practices beginning with the guidelines recommended by the CDC (“Universal Precautions”)

  • practice appropriate techniques and body mechanics to prevent injury to self and client

  • record and report tasks completed as well as observations and measurements (images)

  • caregivers will be assigned to no less than two Client Care Teams (a primary Care Team and at least one secondary team)

  • caregiver schedule may change based on the needs of the clients and the availability of the other caregivers
