We are searching for Caregivers CNA/ HHA to join our Care Connection by the Stratford VNA.  We are looking for caring, compassionate care givers in Stratford, Trumbull, Shelton, and the surrounding towns.  We offer a competitive salary, flexible per-diem schedules, 

Ability to recognize patient changes or concerns
Assist with personal care and activities of daily living i.e. bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care, cooking, light cleaning
Assist with ambulation with cane, walker or wheelchair
Assist in transferring the patient and performing exercises as needed
Maintain dignity and respect for the patient and their property
Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to client care
Demonstrate effective communication skills by convening necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed
