We provide care in Fort Worth, Hurst/Euless/Bedford, North Richland Hills, Aledo, Weatherford, and other areas around Highway 820.

Nurses are available to answer any questions you may have and your safety is our number one priority!

We offer RN-delegated home care and companion services to seniors and other individuals requiring care. The company’s highly-trained caregivers are overseen by a staff of four RN's, delivering a variety of services to enable their clients to live independently, safely and with dignity.

Starting Pay Scale:

  • $12.00 / Hour if you do not hold a CNA license
  • $12.50 / Hour if you do not hold a CNA license and are vaccinated
  • $13.00 / Hour if you have a CNA license
  • $13.50 / Hour if you have a CNA license and are vaccinated

 

Job Requirements

Duties Include:

  • Provide care as directed by the Case Manager to clients requiring in-home
  • Provide assistance with ADL’s, AIDLs, transportation, light housekeeping and meals. This includes bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, and more.
  • Reports observations and other pertinent information related to the care of the client.
  • Documents information related to client care on agency forms or in electronic record.
  • Provides services that support the care delivered to the client.
  • Provides input in the formulation and evaluation of standards of care.
  • Participates in the development of client objectives.
  • Participates in the identification of staff educational needs.
  • Conducts self in a professional manner in compliance with agency policies.
  • Participates in the quality assessment and improvement process and activities.
  • Communicates client’s progress to Case Manager; report condition changes immediately!
  • Ensure the Core Values of Patience, Dignity and Discretion are adhered to at all time.
