SYNERGY HomeCare is a non-medical (but hardly non-skilled!) agency. Our mission is to enable our clients to live happy, healthy, and independent lives in the comfort and familiarity of their homes and to inspire our caregivers with appreciation, industry-leading training, and a true commitment to their well-being.

During COVID, we are also helping clients be productive by caring for their well stay-at-home children and elderly parents who are living with them while they work from home. We enable clients to focus on their jobs while taking care of their at-home family members.

We have clients needing care in the North Austin areas of Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Round Rock, Brushy Creek, Liberty Hill, Wells Branch PKWY, Lakeline, and much more. We service most areas in North Austin.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship, social engagement, and even help with their pets
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Help with personal care services including medication reminders, transfer assist, bathing and showering
  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Job Requirements

  • CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged but not required
  • One-year caregiving experience preferred
  • A national background check
  • A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
