Job Description

Are you located near the Crabtree Valley mall and looking for  caregiving work that takes place in the comfort and privacy of someone's home?  Are you available to work 4 hour shifts in the daytime 10a-2p three or more days a week?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, then we have a job for you!

Griswold Home Care is looking for experienced caregivers interested in 4 hour shifts in the daytime Tuesday-Friday in Raleigh, NC.  Client is a pleasant female who had a car accident and is now mainly in bed because of it.

Job Requirements


  • Companionship and conversational engagement with clients
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Assistance with grooming and bathing
  • Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Complete a criminal background check
    Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance

Griswold Home Care caregivers have these minimum qualifications:

  • C.N.A. certification encouraged but not required
  • Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking and companion services
  • 1 year of experience caring for elderly individuals strongly encouraged
  • Able to pass national background check
  • A minimum of 4 recent references (2 personal and 2 professional)
  • Cleared Fitness to work and TB test
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record strongly encouraged
