JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring immediately for an AWAKE overnight caregiver to work with our elderly clients on the NorthShore. Caregiver must be awake for entire shift, respond to clients' needs, assist with toileting and ADL care, and help keep them safe at home.
Great experience for Nursing students, OTA students and PT Students.
In addition to providing a flexible schedule, we offer double pay on holidays, earned sick pay, direct deposit paychecks, on-going training, 401K plan, employee recognition and referral bonuses.
Our caregivers are direct employees of FirstLight HomeCare and work in the areas of Swampscott, Marblehead, Salem, Peabody, Danvers, Beverly, Lynnfield, Lynn.
We conduct national background checks as well as drug screens.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

If you’re an incredible caregiver looking to change jobs or just supplement the one you have, we'd love to talk with you!
Experience with and a love for caregiving (caregiving comes in many forms--could be childcare or family/life experience -- we can teach you the rest)
Experience with Dementia is a plus.
Reliable transportation is required.
