  • As a home care aide, you will be working one-on-one with clients in their home, and you can be supporting them with the following:
  • 1. Light housekeeping.
  • 2. Meal preparation, feeding, bathing, grooming, oral care, nail care, hair care, skin care, toileting, shopping, and other activities of daily living.
  • 3. Repositioning bedridden clients to prevent the development of bedsores.
  • 4. Assisting with transferring from bed to chair.
  • 5. Reminding client to take medication.

Job Requirements

Minimum/acceptable requirements:

  • 1. 1-2 years of experience in the industry. (preferred0
  • 2. Show proof of successfully completing (8) hours of approved training within last 365 days from a licensed agency.

Requirements:

  • 1. High School Diploma or GED
  • 2. At least 2 years of previous experience as a home care aide.
  • 3. Must successfully complete required training.
  • 4. Must pass and maintain satisfactory criminal background.
