Responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization
Employing qualified personnel and ensuring adequate staff orientation, training, education and evaluation
Maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations and implementing corrective action in response to reports of organization committees
Implementing the policies and procedures approved by governing body
Ensure folder compliance for client/caregiver
Communicate and manage Caregiver Schedule
Ensure caregivers are following agency's policies
Engage with clients to ensure quality care is provided
At least one year of training and experience in direct health care service delivery with at least one year within the last five years of supervisory or administrative management experience in home health care or a related field.
Must have proven track record experience marketing agency's home care services.
