JOB REQUIREMENTS
Looking for Care Providers to:
. Have Knowledge and good practice of Infection Control!!
· Provide assistance or reminders with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair washing and brushing, and transferring to and from activities /meals as needed
· Monitoring and reporting changes in the clients status to the client care coordinator’s/ agency office
· Driving and escorting client to appointments or errands
· Medication reminders
HOME CARE AIDE HCA REQUIREMENTS:
· Register as a home care aide. If you are not registered we will help you get register
· Negative TB test
· Live scan background check
· Clean drug test
