CNA/Caregiver for Assisted Living and Memory Care

Why work for us? Our office respects, appreciates and supports our Caregivers. Sonoma House is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers/CNAs who have a passion for seniors and want to become a part of our care team. We have a variety of shifts available with competitive pay and benefits.

All of our caregivers are universal workers, and will engage in care giving, cooking, and cleaning for our seniors in a community that is set in a home like environment. All of our caregivers are also trained to assist with medications.

Once application/resume has been submitted, if interested, you will be called back in for an interview.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assistance with grooming and bathing
Companionship and conversation
Medication administration
Housekeeping tasks
Meal preparation
Assistance with toileting and incontinence care
Alzheimer's and dementia care

• Must have a minimum of 3 years Memory Care experience
• Must be able to cook
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule of four (4) days on and two (days) off.
• Must be able to work weekends
• Experience with Assisted Living and Alzheimer's/Memory Care is required
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Must clear a criminal background test
• Must clear a drug test
