Always exercises courtesy whenever patients, family members and visitors are present Demonstrates positive and professionalism on the job Demonstrates ongoing responsibility and commitment through good attendance and by being on time to work
Desired Qualifications:
•2+ to 5 years of experience
•High school degree
•Certified Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant
•Respite Care, Personal Care, Live-In Home Care, Light Housecleaning, Transportation, Meal Preparation, Visiting Nurse, Visiting Physician, Hospice Services, Home Modification, Errands/Shopping, Quad, Vent, Trach, Feeding Tube, Hoyer Lift, Medical Transportation, Special Needs, Long Distance, Bathing/Dressing, Home Health, Dementia, Medication Management
CNA/HHA Caregivers MUST have the following documentation in place prior to registration;
Social Security Card
Proof of Authorization to Work in the US (if not a US citizen)
2 x Reference Information
Level 2 Background Screening (we look this up for you) - if you do not have a level 2 screening you can register
Statement of Good Health (Physical) - Dated within 6 months and stating Free from Communicable Diseases Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDERMUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OR MOREHHA, CNA, LPN or RN also require: CNA/ LPN/ RN LICENSE OR HHA Certificate
CPR Card - must be from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety and Health Institute.Training Certificate
"Assistance with Self Administration of Medications" (2 Hours)
