This is an exciting On-Call weekend position. The Perks of this position are unique! The individual hired for this position would be paid an automatic $50 each Saturday and Sunday just for being on-call. If they would get called in to cover a shift or shifts they would be paid mileage from their home to the client's home and for their return trip home. The above listed would be in addition to an hourly wage while working with clients.
As a caregiver at Heart for Seniors, You'll build relationships, improve quality of life, and assist the elderly in need of love and care. Your goal will be to help individuals enjoy life. Your compassion and diligence as a caregiver will bring joy into the lives of the clients you work with and help them feel encouraged, involved, and loved. We are looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded. Individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback.
Must be willing to respond to phone calls from the on-call phone within 15 minutes. And be able to report to the shift in a timely fashion.
