Qualifications / Requirements
Be able to provide CNA/CHHA services according to the client’s Personal Care Plan.
United States Citizenship or Proof of Residency
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and a reliable vehicle- Clearance with Massachusetts Department of Human Services background check.
Clearance Of CORI Check
Certificate of Training for P.C.A./C.N.A./C.H.H.A. from The Department of Human Services.
