We serve patients and families throughout eighteen counties in North Carolina and Virginia, wherever they may be; personal residence, hospital or assisted living facility; our patients also have the option to receive care in one of our inpatient hospice centers.

Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care has an opening for a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Mount Airy service area. This position will work as part of a care team of CNAs, Staff Nurses and an RN Case Manager.

DUTIES:See 6 - 7 patients per day
Provide care for patients such as bathing, hair, mouth and skin care following the patient care plan
Recognize, report, and document changes in patient/client condition
