Full Time Home Caregiver (Gaithersburg,MD)

Vitalis Healthcare, is a MD residential service agency looking to hire a PRN / Fulltime Personal Home Caregiver to provide regular personal home care to female senior client in Gaithersburg, MD. Female candidates in Montogomery County area are encouraged to apply.

Our agency is a provider of home care to a growing list of clients. This client requires about 24 - 36 hours a week of care. The PRN Personal Home Caregiver must be willing to work weekends. 

A Vitalis Personal Home Caregiver must be someone who see's caregiving as a calling rather than just a job. They will provide personal care to our clients under the supervision of our Clinical Care Director / RN. 

They must possess a current CNA/CMT/GNA or HHA license issued by or acceptable with the Maryland Board of Nursing.

They must have experience in Personal Home Care although aides with experience in a Hospital or Skilled Nursing facility are also encouraged to apply. 

Other job requirements include

• Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Provide transportation as required
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client
• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements

This is an independent contractor role and not an FTE.

• At least 1+ year experience
• Valid driver's license (candidate must be able to drive)
• Reliable car / auto insurance
• Clean background and criminal record
• Must be COVID19 Vaccinated or willing to receive vaccine

Required experience:

• Prior Home / Residential Care and or Facility Experience Required: at least 1+ year
• All caregivers must be vaccinated prior to being staffed.
