Mountain Valley provides the highest level of supportive care and compassion to those who are facing a serious end of life illness. We serve patients and families throughout eighteen counties in North Carolina and Virginia, wherever they may be; personal residence, hospital or assisted living facility; our patients also have the option to receive care in one of our inpatient hospice centers.

Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care has an opening for a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. This position will work as part of a care team - The CNA is required to follow and document the Plan of Care under the guidance of an RN charge nurse.

Daytime Schedule - 7a - 7p, every other weekend

Nighttime Schedule - 7p - 7a, every other weekend

PRN hours available day or night
