AW Health Care is looking for CNA's & Caregivers to help our patients with ADLs located in O'Fallon, Wentzville and Ellisville MO in our partner independent living communities. This will be; Bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, etc.
Hours Completion Bonus:
Caregiver will receive $250 after completing 320 hours, then another $250 after completion of 640 hours total.
Shifts:
PRN or Full Time, Monday-Friday and every other weekend, 7AM - 8PM, 12 hour shift (2-5 shifts per week)
Wentzville location also has: PRN, Monday, Wednesday, Friday with rotating weekends, 4PM-8PM, 4 hour shift (2-5 shifts per week)
Responsibilities:
· Home assistance – Provide light housekeeping, prepare meals, and provide personal assistance with general living needs. Personal services could include toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
· Companionship – Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual.
High school diploma preferred.
Must have Valid Driver's license, reliable personal vehicle and insurance Required***
Must have at least 6 months of experience with the elderly
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time
Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time
