Shift: 8 hour shifts - AM and PM available (2nd Shift - 2p-10p, 3rd 10p-6am)

PRN Hourly Pay Range: $46.00 - $48.00 per hour

• Licensed LPN or RN
• 3+ years of experience
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to take emergency phone calls
• Oversee HHA's/CNA's at Facility
• Medication management/disbursement
• Patient care management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for customer focus
