We are looking for an Office Assistant for our Private Duty based Home Care Agency that has an outgoing and professional personality. Someone who is self driven and can multi-task, plus have extreme follow up and attention to details. You will be responsible for general office tasks, i.e. reception, office back up and overflow and assisting with the coordination of services for clients and caregivers. You may also be responsible for assisting in tasks such as, billing/collections, scheduling, and agency requirements.
You MUST be proficient with Google applications, Electronic medical records cloud based Electronic Medical systems. We offer competitive wages and benefits. Hours 8 am to 4:30 plus shared on-call responsibilities.
AA Degree or equivalent working experience.
Microsoft Office Suite experience.
One year of Private Duty Scheduling, HR and Medical Billing experience.
Demonstrates ability to work independently.
AHCA Level 2 screening or eligible.
