myCNAjobs is pleased to announce its latest STNA Scholarship Partner, Larock Healthcare Academy. Based in Ohio, Larock is offering a full-tuition STNA scholarship via the myCNAjobs Scholarship Fund.
The myCNAjobs Scholarship Fund was launched in early 2016 to help bring awareness to caregiving as a profession. Larock awarded the scholarship to Henrietta H, based in Columbus Ohio.
"We're looking forward to teaching Henrietta how to become a state tested nursing assistant and working closely with myCNAjobs to connect her to local STNA job opportunities post-graduation," comments LeeAnn Derwent, Office Manager of Larock Healthcare.
Henrietta recently moved to Ohio after working as a caregiver for six years in Chicago. A STNA certification is required to continue building a career in nursing. Classes begin in early April.
