Home Care Pulse, a leader in quality management for the home care industry, recently released the comprehensive national study, which is endorsed by the Home Care Association of America


The study features data collected from 730 home care agencies representing 1,309 locations, along with data from over 167,000 client and caregiver interviews.


“Agencies reported spend and hire data across all recruitment channels over the past 12 months,” says Aaron Marcum, CEO of Home Care Pulse. “For the second year, myCNAjobs ranked best value recruitment channel in the industry.”  


Plagued by a shortage of workers and increase in demand, the cost to recruit a caregiver has increased 63% across all channels over the past two years.
