How Many Caregivers Will Attend My Career Fair?

The number of career fair attendees is dependent on many factors including position requirements, location, brand reputation, and time of year (e.g. fewer caregivers choose to attend a career fair during inclement weather vs a warm sunny day). Your Account Strategist will guide you to build a powerful event invitation, serving as the foundation for a successful event. Nationally, attendees range from 10 to 65+ attendees. In addition, you'll have access to all candidates that RSVP, extending your reach.

Do You Screen Applicants?

Career fairs are a promotional tool and not a screening tool. If you're interested in having candidates screened, check out our interview booking solutions.

How Far In Advance Should I Plan My Career Fair?

We recommend events are promoted at least 10 days in advance. However, event promotions are restricted by market (i.e. we don't allow two companies to promote a career fair on the same day near each other) to maximize your special message and reach. You can secure event dates up to 6 months in advance.
